Los Alamitos HS – Signing Day

The final signing day event for Los Al Griffin athletes who will be signing a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to compete at college next year.  This date is technically the second signing date for basketball players, but others will sign as well.

The Letter of Intent commits a school to paying for an agreed-upon scholarship amount in return for an athlete agreeing to attend only that school.  The agreement is for one year only, and most scholarships are not for 100% although a few sports are exceptions.

The other main signing dates are February for Football, and early November for all other Division I and I NCAA sports.
